Cardiothoracic Surgeon
Washington Regional's Walker Heart Institute is currently seeking a full-time BC/BE Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a well-established growing practice. The ideal candidate will be committed to clinical excellence in a strong health system which offers full practice support with a large referral base from 200+ employed physicians and advanced practice providers.

Opportunity Details:
  • Experienced, well-respected CV/CT surgeons who lead an innovative, collaborative practice
  • Market-leading cardiology practice which is highly respected in Northwest Arkansas practice and comprised of Interventional Cardiologists, Electrophysiology Cardiologists, General Cardiologists, and 20 Advanced Practice Providers
  • Facilities include a 425-bed hospital, one primary clinic location, "state of the art" cath labs, CVORs, and Hybrid room access

  • Competitive compensation with performance incentives (wRVU)
  • Full-Time Compensation Range: $1 million - $1.3 million+
