Infectious Diseases Transplant Opportunity
The Division of Infectious Diseases in the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences seeks a full-time BC/BE infectious diseases physician in the clinical educator track.

Strong applicants will possess clinical experience and interest in transplant infectious diseases because the primary focus of the position is provision of consultative services for patients with hematologic malignancies, including those who have undergone stem cell transplantation.

There will be opportunities for clinical and research collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in the Stem Cell Transplantation and Cellular Therapy Program of the Winthrop P. Rockefeller Institute at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. The position also includes general ID practice and care of people living with HIV/AIDS in both the clinic and the hospital.

Other responsibilities include supervision, education, and mentoring of medical students, internal medicine residents, and infectious diseases fellows.
